1. General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and kbd66 ("Platform", "We", "Us", "kbd66"), an internationally operated online gaming platform that provides casino games and sports betting services to players located in Bangladesh and other eligible jurisdictions. 2. Account Registration

To access the full range of games, betting markets, and payment facilities on kbd66, you must create a registered account. Account registration is free. You may hold only one account per person. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, different names, or shared devices — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held within them.

kbd66 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit identity documents — such as a national ID card, passport, or driving licence — and proof of address at any point during the account lifecycle, including at the time of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change of personal details. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in account restriction or closure.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. kbd66 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to safeguard your login details. 3. Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on the platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) unless otherwise stated.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your kbd66 account in real time or within a few minutes of a successful transaction confirmation, depending on the payment method used. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take up to 30 minutes during business hours. kbd66 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which kbd66 accepts no responsibility.

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using a payment account registered in another person's name, is prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed by kbd66 on a same-day basis for most payment methods, subject to identity verification being complete and no active security review on the account. bKash and Nagad withdrawals are typically processed within 15 to 90 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. Withdrawal requests submitted outside Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours may be processed on the following business day.

kbd66 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal request, particularly where the withdrawal amount is large, where the account has not previously undergone full KYC verification, or where a security concern has been flagged. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds apply and are displayed at the point of request.

3.3 Withdrawal to Original Payment Method

In accordance with standard anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures, kbd66 requires that withdrawals be made to the same payment method and account that was used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. Where the original payment method is unavailable for withdrawal, kbd66 may require enhanced verification before approving an alternative withdrawal route.

3.4 Currency & Conversion

All account balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). kbd66 does not operate multi-currency accounts. If you initiate a transaction from an account denominated in a foreign currency, any conversion fees or exchange-rate differences applied by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

4. Bonus Terms

kbd66 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers, or other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion.

4.1 Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who meet the specific criteria stated in each promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, welcome bonuses are available only to new players making their first qualifying deposit. kbd66 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility based on player location, payment method, or account history.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements and the games that contribute towards them are stated in the individual promotion terms. Failing to meet wagering requirements within the stated timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being forfeited.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

kbd66 operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once; using arbitrage strategies or low-variance gameplay patterns specifically designed to convert bonus funds with minimal genuine risk; and coordinating with other players to exploit bonus structures. Where bonus abuse is detected, kbd66 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel associated winnings, and permanently close the account without prior notice.

4.4 Promotional Changes

kbd66 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or extend any promotion at any time. Promotions are offered at kbd66's absolute discretion and do not constitute a contractual right unless the player has already fulfilled the stated qualifying conditions prior to the change being announced.

5. User Obligations

By using the kbd66 platform, you agree to comply with the following obligations at all times. Breach of any of these obligations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Lawful Use: You must use kbd66 only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not use the platform to facilitate, assist, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Personal Use Only: Your kbd66 account is strictly for your own personal use. You must not allow any other person to access or operate your account, and you must not access or operate another person's account.

• No Automated Systems: You must not use bots, scripts, automated software, crawlers, or any other technological means to interact with the kbd66 platform, place bets, exploit game mechanics, or circumvent security or access controls.
• No Fraudulent Activity: You must not use stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials to fund your account. Any evidence of financial fraud will result in immediate account closure and reporting to relevant financial crime authorities.
• Respectful Conduct: You must not use abusive, threatening, or harassing language when communicating with kbd66 support staff or other players. kbd66 reserves the right to close accounts of players who engage in such conduct.
• Device Security: You are responsible for ensuring that the devices and software you use to access kbd66 are free from malware, keyloggers, and other security threats that could compromise your account or the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the kbd66 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of any account balance, and, where warranted, legal action.

• Accessing kbd66 from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• Registering an account if you are under 18 years of age.
• Operating more than one account, whether using your own identity or a false identity.
• Using another person's identity, payment credentials, or account details.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any kbd66 game or platform component.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any live dealer game or competitive game format.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any form of financial crime, including structuring transactions to avoid reporting thresholds.
• Attempting to circumvent any responsible gaming restriction, deposit limit, cooling-off period, or self-exclusion that has been placed on your account.

7. Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Voluntary Closure

Before processing a voluntary closure, kbd66 will settle any open bets, process any pending withdrawals, and return the remaining balance to your registered payment method following standard KYC verification. Voluntary account closure does not entitle you to a refund of any funds already wagered.

7.2 Involuntary Suspension or Closure

kbd66 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its absolute discretion, with or without prior notice. Reasons for involuntary suspension or closure include, but are not limited to: breach of these Terms; provision of false identity information; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a required timeframe; bonus abuse; use of prohibited software; or legal or regulatory requirements.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, kbd66 reserves the right to withhold the account balance, void any open or pending bets, and recover any bonuses or bonus-derived winnings. A detailed account closure notice will be provided where legally permissible to do so.

7.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. kbd66 will make reasonable attempts to contact the registered email address before applying a dormancy fee to the account balance. Dormancy fees, where applicable, will not reduce the account balance below zero. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting kbd66 support and completing any required verification steps.

7.4 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is negatively affecting their wellbeing may request a self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools available in their account or by contacting kbd66 support directly. Self-exclusion periods are available from a minimum of six months up to five years. During self-exclusion, login, deposits, and all gameplay are blocked. 8. Age Restriction

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kbd66 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or financial losses resulting from reliance on game outcomes. kbd66's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the claim.

8.3 Disputes & Complaints

If you believe there has been an error in the settlement of a bet, a technical fault affecting a game outcome, or any other issue requiring investigation, you must contact kbd66 support within 72 hours of the event in question. kbd66 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 10 business days. Disputes relating to wager outcomes must be supported by relevant account activity records, which kbd66 can provide upon request.

8.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotional terms and conditions published on the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and kbd66 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether written or oral. No waiver by kbd66 of any breach of these Terms shall be construed as a waiver of any subsequent breach.
